About Tracy

Tracy Hawes has been in the field of alternative and complimentary health care for over 20 years. She has explored many dietary practices and firmly believes that whole unadulterated food is the only way to feed our bodies and souls. She takes an “everything in moderation” viewpoint and seeks to listen deeply to what each individual’s intrinsic response to the mental, physical and spiritual input is that it receives. A Health Life Coach, as well as, owner and lead therapist for Adamsville Healing Arts Center in Massachusetts, Tracy’s philosophy is “that our bodies have an intrinsic pattern to our unique balanced health. With the demands of everyday life, time demands and contaminated food chooses we make, our bodies innate patterns get thrown off course.” She believes that her role as a coach and therapist is to facilitate that memory; guiding individuals in finding ways to balance and restore the natural health and wellness their body is meant to have with nutrition, meditation and physical shifts that have life altering effects. Tracy provides an atmosphere of trust, professionalism and compassion to each individual’s specific needs in an effort to promote wholeness of mind, body and spirit. Her goal is to treat each individual as a whole being and respects that each person may have a specific point of view of their own health and wellness. With a gentle flow she incorporates all aspects of an individuals life style along with a variety of tools that will accelerate a successful outcome with each session.
